How to Use

Use dry only — do not wet the brush. Best used before bathing or showering. Apply a thin layer of body oil to prime the bristles. Starting at the feet, brush upward toward the heart using long, sweeping strokes. Begin gently and build up pressure over time as skin adjusts. Some tingling and redness is normal.
